Your Republic of Užupis tour will begin with an introduction to the area, its history and how it came to be independent.
We will take a walk along the main streets, pointing out landmarks such as the Mermaid Statue and the Bronze Angel of Užupis and telling you about their origins.

OMG - the tour with guide Ruta, the Ambassador of the Good Will of the Republic of Užupis was just mind blowing - I was so surprised to discover that the district of Užupis and its Independent Republic has such a interesting history, deep meaning and personality - all objects of art, buildings visited on the tour came to life. And there so much more is left to discover! What a delightful experience - thank you so much.
